According to public release by SINOPEC News, SINOPEC Chemical Marketing Co., Ltd. Central China Branch has recently facilitated the maiden export of bio‑based polyolefin products manufactured by SINOPEC Zhongyuan Petrochemical Corp. Ltd to Southeast Asia, laying a solid foundation for further overseas market expansion.
Given that end‑user markets for bio‑based polyolefin products are mainly located overseas, the Central China Branch of SINOPEC Chemical Marketing has adopted multiple measures to advance the commercialization of such products. It screened target clients precisely and engaged with more than 40 prospective customers. Potential clients were tapped via industry exhibitions and specialized customer symposiums, with regular communication mechanisms established with partners for the promotion of green materials.
The branch also supported manufacturers with ISCC (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification) and bio‑based carbon content testing services to meet market access requirements from overseas buyers. For key clients, a multi‑level engagement framework was put in place, covering initial liaison by account managers, joint field visits by production‑marketing teams, and in‑depth exchanges led by corporate executives. Such efforts enable timely response to client demands and secure stable product supply.
