SINOPEC Zhongyuan Petrochemical Corp. Ltd keeps improving its product standard system to underpin quality improvement. It completed the revision of the corporate standard for Polypropylene Resin, aligning the melt index of PPB‑M02G with that of PPB‑MH02 and enhancing the stability of their Charpy notched impact strength. Six standards for raw materials and products were revised, including Ethane, No.2 Mixed Benzene, No.3 Mixed Benzene, Crude 2‑Butene, Heavy Olefins and Mixed C‑4.

In accordance with the new national standard National Food Safety Standard‑Plastic Materials and Articles in Contact with Food (GB4806.7‑2023) and customer requirements, the company has carried out food hygiene certification for all resin products related to food hygiene, as well as RoHS, REACH and FDA certifications for products such as electrical‑grade film materials, providing support for market expansion of products.
